I don't think I am a 'Runner'...

The words ‘I am not a runner’ don’t exist in our vocabulary. We cater to all running abilities and it is our job to ensure everyone has the most unbelievable 4 days! You can enjoy the retreat without any running as we will cater to walkers/ those wanting to just hike. 

What is the food like?


We cater to all, it will be fresh and delicious food keeping you well fuelled.

Can I come by myself?
100% – most guests sign up solo! What better way to meet new like minded people!
What is the closest airport?

Maroochydore Airport is the closest to Noosa. From the airport into Noosa you can catch an uber or grab the shuttle bus from the airport into Noosa.

How many people are attending?
We host about 12-20 guests but have the capability to have up to 30 guests. We have 3-5 Run Escapes Team taking care of you during the week to ensure you have the best week!
How do I secure my spot?

Sign up via our ‘Escapes’ page.

What if I snore?

Please advise us prior to the retreat of any major sleep issues. We do encourage guests to use ear plugs when sharing a room.

When do I need to arrive?

We kick off about 9/930am in Noosa.

I am coming with my best friend. Does the Premium Double price cover us both?
The double pricing is the cost for 2 people sharing a room. The single pricing is the cost for 1 person who will be allocated a room with someone we think you will hit it off with, you will be good mates in a matter of minutes! You can come solo and have your own private room but this is more expensive.
Do I have to share a room?

Our rooms cater to couples, friends and new acquaintances. If you are solo we have the beds split into two and we have a strict ‘same sex policy’. We work hard to ensure you are placed with a roommate that you’ll click with. 


Before booking please read the following terms and conditions. These T & C’s apply to your booking with Run Escapes Aus. When you book with us you are agreeing to attend the retreat chosen by you for those set dates. The balance of your retreat payment is due in full 60 days prior to the start date. If you require a payment plan we are happy to discuss options.


Travel Credit – Book with confidence
. If anyone cannot attend due to travel restrictions a full credit will be applied to attend a future retreat. This credit will be valid for up to 3 years. 

Cancellation Policy

If you find you need to cancel due to injury/illness/work/personal life we understand and these things happen but please be aware of cut off dates and charges.
7 days out from retreat start date - forfeit full amount.
14 - 30 days out from retreat start date - receive a $500 credit to attend another retreat.
30 + days out from retreat start date you receive a full credit minus an administration fee of $100.
We recommend taking out travel insurance at the time of booking to cover any unforeseen cancellations circumstances.

Refunds are not offered. You may transfer your retreat place to another person for $100.

Deposits are $500, this secures your spot, non-refundable.
